Repurpose-It Pty Ltd ACN 617 095 413 ("Repurpose-It") is the owner and licensor of this booking portal and associated online service ("Portal").
Your right to use this Portal is conditional upon you agreeing to the terms set out below. By clicking the I AGREE button, you will be deemed to have accepted them and entered into an agreement with Repurpose-It.
Acceptance will bind you and all of your employees and any other person using the Portal on your behalf to these terms.
If you do not wish to accept the terms, you must not click "I AGREE" and you may not use the Portal.
1. Licence
1.1 Repurpose-It grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non sub-licensable limited licence to use the Portal on one or more Internet connected computers. This licence may be terminated at any time by Repurpose-It, provided however that it will honour any existing bookings unless inconsistent with its Terms and Conditions of Trade.
2. Registration and access
2.1 In order to utilise the Portal, you will need to register as a user and create an account. Upon registration Repurpose-It may collect information such as your name, address, email address and mobile phone number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information (as well as any credit card or other payment information required) updated when interacting with us. We will treat personal information in accordance with our privacy policy
2.2 You are solely responsible and liable for any activity occurring on your account. You must maintain the security of your account details including passwords. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account or that your password is no longer secure, you must notify us immediately.
2.3 You must supervise and control the use of the Portal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this licence agreement and must ensure that your employees, sub-contractors and other agents who have authorised access to the Portal are made aware of the terms and conditions of this licence agreement.
2.4 You may not use another member or user’s account without their permission.
2.5 Repurpose-It is entitled to regard any activity occurring through your account as being authorised by you.
3. Use limitations and requirements
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is correct and accurate. In making bookings for Repurpose-It’s services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Trade. You agree to pay for any and all collection and/or disposal services you book through use of the Portal and you shall be responsible and solely liable for ensuring that you provide correct information necessary for us to provide the appropriate services to you, including by determining the correct classification of materials and load size. Without limiting the foregoing, if you provide incorrect information in this regard and that error results in Repurpose-It incurring additional or different charges or suffering any loss or damage (as determined by Repurpose-It in its sole discretion, acting reasonably) you agree to be liable for and pay those additional or different charges and otherwise compensate Repurpose-It.
3.2 Except where expressly stated to the contrary, and except if and to the extent that any legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law) requires otherwise, the Portal is provided to you on an "as is" basis and without any warranties from Repurpose-It, whether as to function, performance, reliability, stability, security or otherwise.
4. Changes
4.1 These terms may be amended from time to time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the latest terms. By using the Portal you agree to the latest version of the terms.
